These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to GetLeanLabs.com and your purchase or use of any products offered by Get Lean Labs (“Get Lean Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY GET LEAN LABS ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR LAWFUL LABORATORY, ANALYTICAL, AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PURPOSES.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE, INGESTION, INJECTION, APPLICATION, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, CURE, MITIGATION, OR PREVENTION OF ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION.
Products sold through this website are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products. No product has been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

2. PURCHASER QUALIFICATIONS
By purchasing from Get Lean Labs, you represent and warrant that:

- You are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes.
- You will not use, administer, sell, or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption.
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
- You accept full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, transportation, use, and disposal of all products.
Get Lean Labs may refuse or cancel any order if we believe a product may be used for an unlawful, unsafe, medical, diagnostic, or otherwise unauthorized purpose.
3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE
Get Lean Labs does not provide medical advice. Statements appearing on this website have not been evaluated as medical claims and should not be interpreted as instructions for treatment or personal use.
Always consult a properly licensed healthcare professional regarding medical questions. Customer-service representatives are not authorized to provide dosing instructions, treatment recommendations, or guidance concerning human or veterinary administration.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL—NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AND DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS, OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and the inability to verify storage, handling, temperature exposure, or possible contamination after delivery, products cannot be returned or restocked.
Exceptions will be considered only when:
- The customer received an incorrect product;
- An item was damaged during shipment; or
- An item was missing from the shipment.
Any such issue must be reported to [customer-service email] within 48 hours after confirmed delivery. The customer must provide the order number, photographs of the shipping package, photographs of the affected item, and any other reasonably requested documentation.
If a claim is verified, Get Lean Labs may, at its sole discretion, replace the affected item or issue a refund limited to the purchase price of that item. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.
Products will not qualify for replacement or refund because of buyer’s remorse, accidental ordering, incorrect address information supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, improper storage, mishandling, temperature exposure after delivery, or unauthorized use.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights provided under applicable law.
5. ORDER REVIEW AND CANCELLATION
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment verification, fraud screening, and compliance review. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before shipment, including orders suspected of being connected to unauthorized use, fraud, resale, diversion, or unlawful activity.
If Get Lean Labs cancels an order before shipment, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Get Lean Labs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections, governmental actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
International customers are solely responsible for determining whether products may be lawfully imported into their country and for paying all customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, permits, and related expenses. Get Lean Labs does not guarantee customs clearance.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We attempt to describe and display products accurately. However, packaging, labels, appearance, specifications, testing information, and availability may change without notice.
Certificates of analysis and other testing documents, when supplied, apply only to the specific batch identified on the document. Such documents do not constitute approval for human or veterinary use.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors.
8. STORAGE, HANDLING, AND DISPOSAL
The purchaser assumes complete responsibility for safely receiving, storing, handling, securing, using, and disposing of all products. Products must be kept away from children, animals, food, beverages, medicines, and unauthorized individuals.
Customers must follow the product label, safety documentation, and all laws applicable to laboratory chemicals and research materials.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not:
- Purchase or use products for human or veterinary administration;
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, intended use, or shipping information;
- Resell or relabel products as medicines, supplements, cosmetics, or treatments;
- Make unauthorized medical or therapeutic claims concerning our products;
- Use the website or products for fraudulent, unlawful, or unsafe purposes;
- Copy or misuse Get Lean Labs branding, product photographs, text, or intellectual property; or
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
Violation of this section may result in cancellation of orders, suspension of purchasing privileges, termination of access, and reporting to appropriate authorities when legally required.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR EXPERIMENT OR RESULT.
We do not guarantee that any product will produce a particular research result or that website content will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET LEAN LABS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SHIPPING, STORAGE, HANDLING, MISUSE, OR UNAUTHORIZED USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Lean Labs and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of a product, unauthorized human or veterinary use, unlawful resale or distribution, or violation of applicable law.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Get Lean Labs name, logos, graphics, website design, photographs, written content, product names, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Get Lean Labs. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
14. PRIVACY
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or a purchase from Get Lean Labs must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted to
