Once a product's packaging has been opened, unsealed, punctured, or otherwise tampered with, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

A return may be approved solely at our discretion, and only under the following strict conditions:

1. The return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery

   • In its original, sealed packaging
3. The product is returned via USPS Priority Mail with tracking
4. Return shipping is covered by the customer
5. The following are deducted from any approved refund:
   • Original outbound shipping cost
   • A $9.99 handling and restocking fee

Once an order is handed off to USPS, the carrier assumes control and responsibility for the shipment.

• All outbound shipments are insured
• Customers may file a claim directly with USPS using their tracking number

Carrier insurance claims must be filed by the recipient, since USPS recognizes the recipient as the claimant once delivery responsibility has transferred.

By completing a purchase with a credit or debit card, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are intended for use by qualified, skilled, or licensed professionals
• You forfeit the right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Misuse
  • Misunderstanding of intended use
  • Research outcomes

Unauthorized disputes may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• A permanent ban from future purchases
• Documentation submitted to payment processors to contest the dispute

A qualifying customer may receive

Eligibility requirements — all conditions must be met

3. Testing costs are covered entirely by the customer
